Derrière les lourdes portes chrome façon Gatsby le Magnifique se cache une pépite imaginée par la célèbre décoratrice d’intérieur Laura Gonzalez, qui rend ici hommage aux années 70 et à leurs clubs feutrés. On est fans du bar à cocktails spectaculaire, tout en hauteur avec son mur de bouteilles rappellant les plus extravagants des Yacht clubs. On aime aussi les belles boiseries, les tables espacées, les jolies touches de rotin, les lampes champignons, les imprimés Pierre Frey ou encore la magnifique fresque dessinée par Laura Gonzalez elle-même et réalisée par Atelier Roma. En terrasse, dans les deux salles ou sur le Petit toit, on se régale de produits de la mer, frais et sublimés comme on les aime. Au menu, plateaux de fruits de mer, gambas croustillantes et pannées, fingers de thon à se damner, carpaccio de Saint-Jacques au citron caviar, ceviches, poulpe rôti ou encore risotto au homard. Pour les amateurs de bonne vodka et de cocktails originaux, rendez-vous un vendredi par mois pour découvrir une collaboration avec Le Philtre, une Vodka française et bio distillée à partir de deux ingrédients de qualité : du blé tendre d’hiver biologique et de l’eau de source de Gensac. Et puisque les deux entités partagent le même « PH », c’est 5 créations inédites qui vous attendent entre acide, amer, sucré, salé et Umami. Les fans de fruit de la passion se délecteront de l’Acide, les plus audacieux iront vers le salé avec ses tomates/basilic tandis que les becs sucrés opteront pour le Sucré avec son lait d’amande et ses saveurs d’hiver réconfortantes, façon chocolat chaud alcoolisé. On the terrace, in the two rooms or on the Petit toit, you can enjoy fresh seafood, sublimated as we like it. On the menu, seafood platters, crispy and breaded prawns, tuna fingers to die for, scallop carpaccio with lemon caviar, ceviche, roasted octopus or lobster risotto. Passion fruit fans will enjoy the Acid, the more daring will go for the salty one with its tomato/basil while sweet tooths will opt for the Sweet one with its almond milk and its comforting winter flavors, like alcoholic hot chocolate.
