Originaire du pays basque, le Chef propose les spécialités de sa région et de l’Espagne entre patatas bravas, croquettes jambon/fromage, pan con tomato, tortilla, jambon bellota, poulpe confit, cecina de porc à se damner, côte de boeuf à partager, piquillos farcis… Côté desserts,on craque pour les churros chauds préparés minute et leur sauce au chocolat fondu. Les cocktails, très originaux, mêlent souvent alcools oubliés à végétaux à l’instar du Dulce de Antes au Mezcal/Cointreau/Sirop de romarin fumé/Purée et chantilly de rhubarbe ou du San Julia avec son gin infusé au matcha et ses notes de yuzu. Small terrace under a flowery frontage, kitchen opened on a warm and wooded room, a perfect atmosphere to meet around Pintxos to pick. Originally from the Basque country, the Chef offers specialties from his region and Spain between patatas bravas, ham/cheese croquettas, pan con tomato, tortilla, bellota ham, octopus confit, pork cecina to die for, prime rib to share, stuffed piquillos… As for desserts, we love the hot churros prepared in a minute and their melted chocolate sauce. The cocktails, very original, often mix forgotten alcohols with plants like the Dulce de Antes with Mezcal/Cointreau/Smoked Rosemary Syrup/Rhubarb Puree and Chantilly or the San Julia with its matcha infused gin and yuzu notes. The icing on the cake is a vintage bathroom worthy of the prettiest dollhouses and a private room with high chandeliers and a mural by Margaux Derhy.
